Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on all US domestic orders over $15. For orders under $15, a flat rate will apply.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to carefully hand-pack your order at our facility. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will typically be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
  • International Shipping: Currently not available

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NATURELAND products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Open your account page and find the order you wish to return.
  2. Select the order and click the request return button.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  4. Click the OPEN EMAIL button to send the return request to our team.
  5. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  6. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@naturelandhealth.com with your order number and a photo of the condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know:

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, please email us as soon as possible at support@naturelandhealth.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery or return the items following our return policy above. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

Tip: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For the best chance of cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
